There are a lot of questions and few answers.....

I am quite familiar with MadWiFi and WPA_Supplicant.  I have gotten it working with 802.1X at conferences, and then had to show others how...

But DSL has me still at ground zero.

Is there a sample wpa_supplicant.conf file somewhere?  Where should I put mine so it persists?  I see a directory:  /etc/wlan   Should I put my wpa_supplicant.conf file there and add the /home/dsl/.filetool.lst file?  I see in the wpa_supplicant --help that the config file has no default (ie not optional)?

Now on with the rest.  I have not see a post here where someone states that they have wpa_supplicant working with the madwifi driver.  The few that have posted success have been using the ndiswrapper instead?

Please help me out a bit here!
