Find a standard (non-gold strip) and it should work...they are few and far between though

The old 3COM ones should work fine.

You could google for linux hardware support and see what cards are supported for the standard linux 2.4.31 kernel (used in DSL).

But my vote is for any old 16bit 3COM card.
