Hello everybody!

First thanks for the great DSL, it runs on all machines I tried.

One thing is sometimes annoying and I don't know if there is a general solution for that:
There are processes sometimes, that have the maximum CPU-usage (directly after booting, e.g. whiptail, keventd). In my notebook (HP Compaq nx series) there is  the process with the PID of 2 called keventd which runs crazy. What does it do?
I used google and found:
It is a Kernel-Thread and I guess it is running wild because the ACPI stuff does not work correctly. This is very likely on a laptop, but is there a solution?

Ahem, yes, there is in the forum:
Somebody writes in this thread

DSL-2.2 does not support ACPI

So this may be for the next one having the problem.
