Hello everybody!
First thanks for the great DSL, it runs on all machines I tried.
One thing is sometimes annoying and I don't know if there is a general solution for that: There are processes sometimes, that have the maximum CPU-usage (directly after booting, e.g. whiptail, keventd). In my notebook (HP Compaq nx series) there is the process with the PID of 2 called keventd which runs crazy. What does it do? I used google and found: It is a Kernel-Thread and I guess it is running wild because the ACPI stuff does not work correctly. This is very likely on a laptop, but is there a solution?
