I have install xfree86 and found a Xf86config-4 file on internet for my cirrus logic 7548 , its a excelent resolution but it only use  a small part of the display 17x11 cm, I have try change the values in section "screen" and the displaysize in the section monitor but nothing is change
any ideas ?
I found a VGA value in the lilo config file , is it some thing what can solve the problem (values ?)

problem nr 2: I have 500 mb swap file , but 99 % is always used ,what commands can I use to see what eating my swap file

some swap programs will display usage in terms of %free instead of %used
