Using dsl off the cd on Dell Inspiron 3500 laptop with pcmcia* NetGear WG511 wireless card.  The card and network connection work in windows xp.  I am using the same ssid and channel from the windows settings.  I have tried both dhcp broadcast and entering ip info etc. manually, but cant connect to the network.  In windows the leds light up on the NetGear card, but do not in dsl.  This leads me to beleive dsl is not setting/detecting the card correctly.  Right now I have just been letting dsl autoconfigure since I don't know how to do more.  Any suggestions to help me get connected are welcome.
