I didn't see this mentioned yet, and I can't post in site news, so i thought I'd mention that freenode has changed a bit. If you attempt to connect with irc.freenode.net you'll recieve a message saying that they have disabled generic connections to irc.freenode.net due to spam. So if you can't connect to #damnsmalllinux or #dsl-chat in irc, try /server chat.freenode.net or another server,
