It would help us newbies and give a boost to DSL if there were a Damn Small Linux for Dummies book.  Include the latest distro CD.

If anyone is a good writer, contact < http://www.dummies.com > to find out their process for proposals.

Interesting idea.  Someone posted about a new book recently, something about learning linux with dsl.

Agreed.  There is a book, complete with CD.  Follow the link to a thread that points to an external review and my review of the book.

Executive summary: Not a "Dummies" book by any means, but I thought it was worth my $$.  No connection to author, yada, yada.

I think it will be hard to find someone that wants to publish a printed book on a distribution that changes so rapidly, maybe an electronic book would work.
