kbdrate for keyboard

i have installed dsl on my old pc,but the keyboard rate is speedy,probably i have an economical keyboard.
when dsl is booted,i need to open terminal as root and write
kbdrate -d 1000
but when i reboot the machine,the speed return to high.
how to make my kbdrate permanent?

See /opt/bootlocal.sh or maybe another startup script.

thanks,i have put kbdrate -d 1000 in /opt/bootlocal.sh
i have make permanent a just speed of keyboard! :)
