i run dsl on an old laptop the latest distro and i was wondering if there was anyway to get the system monitoring setup like whats on the dsl live and my mepis desktop im a complete noob to linux and i would appreciate the help like i said im a NOOB thank you

The monitor in DSL is called Torsmo. There is a newer fork of Torsmo called Conky that might be more appropriate for a computer with newer hardware.
