I just tried out DSL 3.3 in a standard and legacy boot from USB - another great job, it seems to work fine.

A couple of small points:

1. Although zoneinfo has been updated, there is still no timezone for me to choose (GMT+3) - at some point it would be nice to have GMT+1, GMT+2, etc, etc added to give DSL users worldwide a timezone to select.

2. If I start Xmms (included with DSL) from a terminal window as root (I did this because I am trying to make it work with alsa in DSL-N and wanted to compare), I get the following error messages:

Code Sample
# xmms
libmikmod.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/lib/xmms/Input/libcdread.so: undefined symbol: playlist_generate_shuffle_list

I can still play mp3 files so no big deal I guess.

Those errors aren't new. I'm using DSL 2.1b on hard drive install and my output has pretty always been the same regardless of version I've run:

Code Sample
~$ xmms &
[1] 23926
libasound.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/lib/xmms/Input/libcdread.so: undefined symbol: playlist_generate_shuffle_list
libmikmod.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
