I tried DSL sometime last year. It's a great small linux cd.

The only problem I had was with the hardware detection. One of my systems would not boot with DSL but would boot fine with Knoppix 3.3... and more hardware was detected with Knoppix.

My question... Has the current version of DSL been updated to include the recent Knoppix hardware detection scripts and drivers?

Yes, the latest version uses the same isolinux and modules as knoppix 3.4

So, give it a go and feedback to us on how well it performs for you ..
