hmmmmmmm, qtparted.dsl might do the job. or if the hdd has no data you want to keep on it/there is empty (unpartitioned)space you could use cfdisk, but it is not great. download qtparted is my reccommendation.

Just type yes when it asks if you want to run mkliloboot in the install sequence and you are done

Ah, my mistake. I thought you ran from the live cd as root.

Last time I tried to install dsl, it gave me weirdness.... When I tried to boot, I got a command prompt that didn't want to help me. This scared me badly.

This is written from the laptop using Win 98. I am happy to report that this laptop run MSN and Firefox on Win 98 without a flaw. I expect DSL to run aMSN and Firefox even better :D

*Glorious*

Here is what Bash say when I type it as user:

loadkeys no
Keymap 0: Permission denied
Keymap 1: Permission denied
Keymap 2: Permission denied
KDSKBENT: Operation not permitted
loadkeys: could not deallocate keymap 3

su
loadkeys no
Loading /usr/share/keymaps/i386/qwerty/no.kmap.gz

But my keyboard still has english layout.

sudo loadkeys no.kmap.gz, it might work.
