What's up linux addicts!!

Well, I get some troubles when I were installing DSL in my notebook:

I started with the Poormans installation and all went ok, but when I typed the ./frugal_lite.sh I obtained the message Access denied. So, I solved with sh frugal_lite.sh. Thanks k4nt1!!!!

After that I get troubles with the iso image download becouse I have access to the internet through a WinXP nat service and that's not supported by the TOMSRTBT, and here comes the Great solution I made:

I tested my conection to my local network and it worked fine.
So I started my big Idea.

I created my own FTP service (local) using GuildFTP server:

< Guild FTP >

It worked great. I  putted the last dsl iso image and also the floppy boot image in my ftp root (using windows c:\ftproot ),

boot-0.8.0.img as itself
dsl-0.9.2.iso as current
frugal_lite.sh as itself

files which I downloaded from:

< DSL ftp site >

Afther that, I renamed the last DSL iso as "current" and I modified the URL as my FTP network address "192.168.0.85" using the VI editor.

Then I typed the command:

sh frugal_lite.sh

and pressed ENTER and the magic just worked ok.

I hope this may be useful for users with the same problem that I had.

See ya!
