Hi, folks, yesterday I tried to make a post with Thunderbird (in fact Mozilla Firefox), and it did't work nice.

So today I booted up that wonderfull Hard Disk installed DamnSmallLinux 0.6 on that Pentium 75 Mhz, with 49 Mb RAM to try again. This time I just used Dillo as browser. And guess what: it works very fast en smoothly.

Also the surfing of other commercial sites with a lot of woohaa on it, runs very fast for this old computer.

Also nice was: in fact I didn't have an internet connection for this computer. I found an old ethernetcard, put it in, booted and DamnSmallLinux found it and the thing just works.

This computer is a dual boot with MSwin95, I tried to make the ethernet card to work with win95 too, but that didn't succeed.

So, I need to tell you people, DamnSmallLinux is great!

One of my favorite things about DSL is that they dont forget about the old hardware. Unlike some other OS's I dont need to go out and spend money to upgrade just so I can run their new "features". Thanks to all those who make it possible.
