Hey there i have problem, i am booting up fine but heni get to the desktop, i right click and it pops up a "Fluxbox Menu" with only 3 options Xterm, Restart, and Exit...

any idea on how i can get back to having all my options the way it originally was?

Try quitting X (use Exit or ctrl+alt+bkspace) to go back to the tty, and then try
