i have found some solution via google, but it wont work. this is what i have done:

Code Sample
touch ~/.fluxbox/apps

now i have added this lines to this file:

Code Sample
[app] (~/displaylogfiles)
  [Workspace] {1}
[end]

after that i have made "touch ~/displaylogfiles"

in this file i have this line:

Code Sample
aterm -geometry 166x26+0+0 -tn "Zugriffe" -e tail -f /opt/lampp/logs/access_log &

but after a restart of fluxbox, the aterm is not at Workspace 2, nothing is starteted. when i start ~/displaylogfiles manually, the logfilewindow is displayed with all options.

please help to autostart this at workspace 2...

now i have installed the fluxbox_0.9.14.uci. in the init i have a reference to the apps file in ~/fluxbox/apps...

the apps file looks like
Code Sample
[app] (~/displaylogfiles)
 [Workspace] {1}
[end]

but ~/displaylogfiles is not started, neither on workspace 1 nor on workspace 2 and i have only 2 workspaces....

ok i have found the pitfall. my ~/.fluxbox/apps is setup correct, but  it dont start the application, it remembers only the place and position of the application ! if i setup my ~/.fluxbox/apps the way above, i must start the application via the normal way and fluxbox "remembers" the last position of the application. i can manualy edit the apps file or let the apps file set by fluxbox via the context menu, when i click on the application titlebar...

i was so foolish...

Code Sample

[startup] {~/displaylogfiles}
[app] (~/displaylogfiles)
[Workspace] {1}
[end]

This will auto-start the script with Fluxbox, as long as it's executable
