Hi,

I've looked for some solution to enable polish keys in openoffice-2 but nothing works.(i have fonts which support polish language)
loadkeys pl or pl1 works but that doesn't enable polish letters
I tried also
xmodmap -e "clear Mod4" -e "add Mod5 = Mode_switch"
and..
xkeycaps shows no polish keyboard...
Anyone could help me?

Did you download OO2 Polish version?

No, I didn't. I use openoffice-2.uci, I'm not sure if I know how to patch such iso with my language.
But firefox (us-ver.) doesn't show ALT+GR letters also.

Yea, I think most extensions are for English only (so that the extensions are the smallest possible). You can get the latest localized versions from openoffice.org

What kind of fonts do you have/refer to?

What kind of iso are you referring to?

Well, I mean that uci. It's image file after all, am I right?

p.s I think that maybe it's a coding fault.
Polish letters should be ISO-8859-2
But where to change that?

It is a compressed image, but not an iso image ;p

Just try downloading the localized version of OO2 - the fonts used in there are separate/contained anyways - so trying to use the English version will probably be harder.

That would be great but is there any localized openoffice-2 uci available through MyDSL?
Or maybe I have to do it in some other way?

I don't think so - check out openoffice.org

It's easy to make a .uci out of it if you want one because it's all contained.
