I really like Fluxbox 9.9 from the repository, but can't seem to figure out how to resize windows. They are either minimized or maximized with no in between. The transparent menus are cool though.

Joel,I can grab the bottom corners to resize windows in 0.9.9, just like usual .. I can grab the menu bar at the top of a window, and move it on the desktop .. If this doesn't work for you, try using 'alt-leftclick-drag' to move, and 'alt-rightclick-drag' to resize. This also works for me .. Where are you in 6 land ? Kent,Thanks for the tips on resizing, for some reason it wont work conventionally by pulling on bottom corners, so I will try the other method you said. I'm not in 6 land anymore, for the past 8 years we have been living in southern Oregon (Medford area). BTW, I have a Tech Plus. Is there some kind of upgrade to General? It seems that I remember something about that. I'm not even sure what privliges I have anymore as regards the hf bands. I have been out of the loop ever since I moved up here from northern California, kinda fell on hard times and had to sell all my gear. Still have a few hand helds though. But I have been thinking of getting back into it after reading some of your posts. I used to do alot of mountain topping and repeater work, so kind of miss it, also 6 and 10 meter work. Well, the alt+right click thing works fine, then I just tell it to remember the position and everybody is happy. Still kind of strange though, because draging the top bar works fine without the alt click combo. I still don't have the icon bar like you either. Oh well, I still like it though.
