I have wanted to give linux a try for a long time, and i finaly am geting the chance with DSL. i have it loaded onto my xbox but am having a huge problem with the apperance. scince it is on a tv the fonts are small, blurry and SOOO difficult. i have not been able to do anything with it scince i cannot even see what i type into the console. i realize this is not windows, and i am not expecting the steps that i need to take to change the font sizes to be easy. i am willing to do the required reading/research/editing, i just need directions to the specifics.
i need the font sizes changed, and possibly a sharper font, one thats more t.v. friendly.

if anyone feels like taking me under their wing and showing me the ropes via some sort of messenger system i would be in your debt.

FYI,

The x-DSL project is a different system and is not supported by the DSL folks.

Although x-dsl is based on the original Damn Small Linux.

Here are some tips on improving the settings for x-dsl.

If you have a newer version of xdsl (0.2), these changes should have already been done for you.

Try contacting the X-DSL team for more help:

FYI, you can temporarily increase the Firefox fonts by pressing the CTRL and + keys
