Hi,I in the past burned the DSL one one CD. I wasted about 650 MB this way or so ;) What is the proper way to burn it but dont finish it? I rather dont want to make a multisession though, I rather would like to open the iso up, add files to it, close iso again, burn this on CD. Posted by larkl on Dec. 07 2005,00:19
Well,I'm no expert, but I think you're going to have to remaster a CD in order to do what you want. Are you wanting to add applications? You can search the forums for a bunch of help on this. Might be some way to add stuff with the .iso on the CD, however. Posted by mikshaw on Dec. 07 2005,00:57
You can add files and myDSL applications to a new ISO with the help of the mkmydsl script.

Hey hey now.. i dunno if thiss izza the right place to ask this ?.. but hey.. I hate having to press all the buttons and wait to read about all the mydsl downloads. can i just get a txt file that tells me all the proggies avail and gives me the info. then i could read it, pick out what i like , and gettit.. i whanna set up me a nice remaster. but waiting, reading, guessing, reading, pushing, waiting.. not my deal.. one biggie text file.. hell id's like to just d/l ALL the .dsl and save and burn and sort out what i want later. (not to burn up yalls bandwith) i've been reading theze here post to try to find someone else w/ this ?.. no avail. hate starting new topics. is that socially acceptable? help is great so i can ditch winsux98 and have my comp in my pocket..
