I downloaded DSL 2.2b, checked the md5 sums, and burned it to a Memorex CD-R using BurnCDCC (My desktop runs M$ Windows). I shut of my computer and booted from the CD-R after changing the boot settings, but it booted Windows. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong and how to fix it?

Don't get mad if I ask this question but what is on the CD? I only ask because I have done this myself when starting out. You want the .iso file expanded out. You should see files and directories not just one file ending in .iso.

Sorry about this...I think my CD burner isn't working. I burned the ISO onto a CD using my friend's computer, and I was able to boot it. YAY! |
