I have the current.iso burned on a CD and I not sure how to run DSL in Windows. Is it possible to do this off a CD? Do I need a different iso?

The current.iso can be run in Windows only if you install Qemu or other emulator first. The embedded version of DSL has qemu included, so apparently all you need to do with that one is extract the zip and run the bat file.

If you have burned the iso correctly you are able to run qemu directly from the pc cdrom. Id your cdrom is d:\ :

qemu.exe -L . -cdrom //./d:
