I have booted to the DSL Live CD and it won't detect my 40GB hard drive (partitioned 5 ways). I have used the "mounting tool" and mounted everything it detected and they all said "mounted" but I cannot find them. And when i used the WLAN tool it said "no wireless network cards detected". Can someone help me out? I am typing on my laptop right next to the computer running DSL so I can try anything. Thanks in advance!

Assuming that your hard drive is an SATA drive,  either try DSL-N or instead download and try DSL version 2.1b and then boot with this command:

dsl sata

and your drive's partitions should appear like /mnt/sda1 sda2 sda3 etc

You need to know more information on your specific wireless card in order to use it with DSL.
