Neglecting that you could spend the money you were going to spend on Windows on gifts for her, I could see a custom made CD (personlized background with her favorite image, programs she likes to use with the bookmarks already setup, stuff like that) as a really nice gift. Make the fluxbox theme pink and it change the whole feel. OMFG!!! Ponies!
