My purpose in installing DSL was so I could recover data from my SUSE system and burn it to CD, as the password mysteriuously chaged and I can't otherwise get in. But, now I am on DSL I cannot see how to find SUSE or WIndiws (I have both). I do not know computers well at all. In Windows I  go to 'my computer' and then I can get a whole tree-like diesplay of all the folders. Is there such a similar thing in DSL?
Thank you
Justin.

Open emelfm file manager.

Go to the /mnt directory

Right click on one of your hard drive parition's mount points (IE: "hda1" or "hda2")

Choose "Mount" from the Right-Click menu.

The files will appear.

If you want a more graphical file manager, download the Rox Filer from the MyDSL repository.
