Hi everyone!

I'm in a computer lab full of horrendous Gateway E-4000 machines running copies of WinXP that are rife with all sorts of spyware.  I booted into DSL via my thumb drive, but the PS/2 mouse does not appear to work at all.  I've tried DSL on several of the computers here, and although the mouse ports work wonderfully in Windows, there's no such luck here.

Previously, I could only use a mouse in DSL if it was of the USB variety.  I've done a quick google search, but was unable to find any relevant information.  I also checked the DSL boot options, and there didn't seem to be any switches that would magically allow use of a PS/2 mouse if set.

Is there any way to enable PS/2 mouse access in DSL?  And if so, how can I do it without the benefit of the mouse?

DSL should autodetect your ps/2 mouse on startup...
however, you could try running xsetup.sh and select your options there.
