My computer's usb ports are 1.x.  I recently got a usb 2.0 card.  After installing it and booting up-my usb 2.0 flashdrives work fine, but are still ssllooww like before.  Ive tried this in DSL 1.4 and 3.01 with the same results.

My search of this forum only came up with one relevant post, which implies that DSL 3.x supports and loads USB 2.0 drivers at boot.  So I'm assuming my cheapo card isn't supported...

But I thought I'd ask anyways.

Is high speed USB 2.0 obtainable in DSL, if so which versions?

Thanks

i cannot tell you wich version is obtainable but i know that DSL support USB 2.0 because i have one, if your DSL is being slow can be from a lots of reason like your RAM, your CPU and your USB flash speed.
