So I'm tooling up to get my hands dirty, and I've installed the cloop module on my Gentoo box. Then I try to mount up the KNOPPIX file in DSL 0.7.3...
Wellll.... that sux. I suppose I can back-version, but how far back do I need to go? Or is there a util to munge cloop fs versions? Posted by 87C751 on Aug. 14 2004,22:13
As it turns out, cloop 1.02 is easy to backversion to. Looks like 2.0 is intended for 2.6 kernels, but you know Gentoo... bleeding edge all the way! The Knoppix compressed fs mounts just fine, now. Posted by ke4nt1 on Aug. 14 2004,23:17
