Can i add some files on CD, such as MP3's or maybe a few Apps and then burn the CD and still be able to use them?

I can't really give you a detailed explanation right now but look in the FAQ in the user responce board, or search the entire forum.

Yes, you can.

Just use a program like ISO buster or WinISO to modify the base DSL iso image and drag your new files and directories into it.

Then burn it to a larger CD-R disk and you are good to go.

No i mean, add stuff so it will be in the "home" directory, or some directory on the disk.

Yes ....
and cbagger01's post above describes exactly how you can do this..

Copying the apps (.dsl and .tar.gz EXTENSIONS ) , as well as
mp3's , mpeg's, etc.. can easily be added to the CD.

Add your extensions to an " /optional " directory you place on the disk..
Add your mp3's to a directory called " mp3 " ..

When you rebuild your .iso , and burn it to a disk,
all the apps you added to your custom .iso will be available
in your menu..  The mp3's will be in your "mp3" directory.

Here is an example of many apps added to the .iso before burning..
