Hello,

Please, I'm traing to download an ISO file: dsl-0.8.4.iso,
but when I connect to the mirrors only get several compressed files that about FIREBOX (What is firebox?).

Where is this ISO file?

I think that my question is very basic, but I  don't know it.
Thank you veri much.
Jose.

try going to the "current" directory.

The ISO file is stored there.

I downloaded the "current" directory..... now what? "current" is sitting on my desktop as a plain text file.

Is current a 50MB text file?

If so, rename it to dsl.iso and do a "burn image" from your favorite CD burning program.

But you should not have downloaded something called "current".

Instead, you should have left-clicked on the current directory link.

Then a new file list will appear and then you can download the *.iso file from this list.

wow.... that was easy. Thanx for the help. It works! However, the file I downloaded was called "current".  I tried to right click on what appeared to be a folder called "current" and the dialog window from mozilla came up asking what to do with it (where to save it).

Now I have another problem with dsl0.9, the dial-up ppp configuration is not working properly. It stops in the middle of the configuration process, closing the window.  I will look for a more appropriate post to get into that.
