Love the little guy here, and have been using him from usb and cd rom. After having looked through most of the form, I can't seem to find anything on the fact that no matter what I do, when I try to write, I always get a Permission denied message, and I can't write anything anywhere. Have tried the USB and cd instals, and can't seem to get it. Pls help out the lonely Viking in Denmark.javascript:emoticon('')

If you are using emelfm, the default on the desktop is for user DSL. From the Apps->Tools menu you can choose EMelfm and superuser. That should get you what you need I hope.

Ok, thanks for that. I'm completly new at any kind oif Linux, and I'm very impressed with this one. I started working with the big W in 1983, ver. 1.01, so you can see how Windows my brain must be by now.
When I try to use backup/restore with /mnt/sda1 and it hangs. With sda1 mounted or unmounted.
Por Que?
