Has anyone gotten DSL (or any other live build) to handle dual monitors (either with a dual headded card or with two seperate cards (which is how I have been going about it)?

Thanks

I would like to do the same. I cannot find any Xorg.conf or similar X config type file, though I am new DSL.

Someone help please?

I dont really have any experience with this, but have you tried the Xfree86 extension in the repository.

I worked out that the version of X used is very cut down and can't handle multiple monitors. However I found the XF86Free myDSL file and got that functioning. Didn't manage to get the two monitors going at once though, using old video cards, due to a missing module. Is the XF86Free myDSL file a cut-down version?

I managed to setup dual monitors with DSL by using the Xfree extension and a xf86config file I had from before. 2 different video cards.
