Adding a user is simple enough. But when I log into the user account I only have three terminals that come up in the menu. How do I change permissions so I can get the full menu and be allowed to su?

Thanks

EDIT: I forgot to mention I did an HD install.

Sometimes the Fluxbox menu does not load properly on startup, and you get only 3 menu items.  This happens even in the newest versions of Fluxbox.  First i'd try restarting Flux.  If that doesn't work, your new user may not have the proper menu.  You can copy it into /home/username/.fluxbox from /etc/skel

Yep. That did it. I unhid the files in both of those directories, copied the one from etc/skel to /home/"user"/ and rebooted. I probably could have just did init 3 at the command line insead of rebooting the whole computer.

Thanks.
