Is there any place that I can download the Dillo used in DSL and install it on another Linux distro? The Dillo at www.dillo.org isn't nearly as good as that one.

You might find an rpm or deb package of dillo from Red Hat or Debian.  Then use a utility from your distro (if one exists) to install the package.

If you have the development files for the libraries needed by dillo, you could download the source and diffs from Debian (instead of getting these from the dillo homepage) and compile dillo yourself.

Find the source for Dillo 0.7.3, go to Dillo's website and find the patches for frames and tabs and do some compilin'!

Optionally, tar up the dillo installation from DSL and see if it works as-is on another distro.

Yes, but that Dillo doesn't support tabs or frames, now does it?

Ours is patched for extra coolness.

Your best bet is to steal the files from the dsl livecd and try to run them on another distro.

Otherwise, you can search google for "dillo patched" and try to compile it yourself if you enjoy that kind of thing.

Yeah, but it still probably wouldn't do all the cool things like gmail and such would it?
