ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/damnsmall/current/
Download File: dsl-1.3.1.iso
You may also want 'dsl-1.3.1.iso.md5.txt' to check the md5

Than burn the image to a cd.

Hi guys,

How could I check the md5 -- I do not really understand how to check it -- it's about the complete download check, right ???

And, in order to burn image to CD, do we need to   burn it as bootable CD or just burn (copy) the image to the blank disk ??

Appreciate your kind help.

Hi!
You have to burn the image to the CD as "Disk image/Saved project" (in Nero). The md5 can be checked by the program md5sum, which can be downloaded from etree.org

I cannot boot from cd, so i tried making a startup floppy, but the file bootfloppy.img is too big to fit on my disks. the file size is 1.4 MB, all my floppys can only hold 1.38. what can i do?
