Hi,

I just tryed to remaster ( using the RAM-remaster howto for DSL 1.1) than started betaftpd and downloaded the file to my windows XP machine then i burned the ISO file using InstantCD+DVD

The CD looks fine but it doesn't boot :s when i put the cd in my cd drive and restart the machine it fails to boot from the cd :s

What did i do wrong :s the iso file is +- 240mb

Can the computer boot from the CD drive using the original DSL CD?

When you look at the contents of the remastered CD using windows, do you see the folders "boot" and "knoppix"?

using the original DSL CD it can boot from the cdrom when i put the cdrom in the CD drive of my windows computer i can see 3 folders (boot knoppix and lost+found) and a html file (index.html)

I just removed everything and began again after some time i finish upload to my windows machine burn the cd same problem :s all files are there but the CD isn't bootable i did everything like in the RAM-remaster HOWTO of meo for DSL 1.1 :( but what did i do wrong :( it just doesnt boot :'(

EDIT: when i type mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom i get No medium
in windows i see all my files

EDIT2: The cdroms name is CDROM and it contains:

CDROM
  - boot
         - isolinux
                - boot.cat
                - boot.msg
                - f2 (no file extention)
                - f3 (no file extention)
                - german.kbd
                - isolinux.bin
                - isolinux.cfg
                - linux24 (no file extention)
                - logo.16
                - minirt24.gz

         - KNOPPIX ( no file extention)
  - lost+found
  - index.html
