I want to install gmailfs on my DSL machine. I got the .deb off of the debian website but how do i install it?

If you've got dsl-dpkg.dsl and probably gnu-utils.dsl
loaded, *and any depends the package may need*,
then you can cd to where you left the
package, and dpkg -i <packagename>.deb
which will hopefully install your new package.
Check the manpage for dpkg for other uses of the
command, like listing depends, status, etc.
