I have downloaded the 50MB ISO and want to make my usb pen  boot DSL within windows and on reboot.

Are there step by step instructs on how to do this?

Thanks.

Hello!

If you want to run DSL from inside windows you should download dsl-embedded instead. Just download the zip-file, unzip it to your usb pen and follow the instructions on the readme-file that you find on the usb pen after unzipping. I usually format my usb-drive (pen) with fat32 first.

Have fun,

Hello again!

Try this link: < ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/damnsmall/ > where you should look under current. The only thing you have to do after that is to unzip it right on the usb-drive (personally I format it in fat32 first). The iso file is for burning a cd. It is possible to install from a cd to an usb-drive too, if you prefer that, but I like dsl-embedded better.

Have fun,
meo
