I am using 'dsl 2 nodhcp toram' for a customized DSL boot CD.  When the booting is done I am getting 4 ttys ( Alt-F1 gives tty1,Alt-F2 gives tty2, Alt-F3 gives tty3 and Alt-F4 gives tty4).  Is there any way to reduce these numbers lets say I just want 2 ttys.  Can we do that?

Also is there any way to go to a specific tty right after booting.  I am executing a command in the in ~/.bash_profile.  I want that command to be executed in specific tty and I would like to go to that tty right after booting.  Let me know the ways we can do it.

Thanks,
VK

check in /etc/inittab...you'll probably find some answers there
