Hi all!

This mini how to special for...myself!

So i must not recommence every time to try and search it again....

- start computer
- goto bash (APPS -> SHELLS -> BASH)
- in bash type the following commands

* sudo su
* (you must be root to do this)

nano /home/damnsmall/.fluxbox/menu
afther reboot you're computer

Here you can edit and if you want this translate the menu

I use this to manage the system for kids. So the can't do anything i don't want (config etc...)

You can also add some programs in the menu with this method

That's "ALL"

BE WARNED ! I'm not a linux guru...

Regards, Guido

Damn Small Linux also has Scite, and I edit my menu in that:
sudo su to root in a terminal, and
#scite /home/damnsmall/.fluxbox/menu
You can also see my examples here on how to add some items to the
menu:
There you will find dial and hangup for wvdial, MozillaFirebird for those
that have installed it, and don't want to use the icons (covers up your wallpaper),
and floppy mount/unmount.
