I am trying to mount a ntfs drive at a shell by doing sudo -H mount -t ntfs /dev/hda1 /mnt/hda1. This works but when I try and access this directory I get a permission denied error. Also as I do not have the root password I am unable to su into root to view the files/folders that way.Help! Regards Casio Posted by cbagger01 on Sep. 11 2005,06:44
Doesmount /mnt/hda1 work? If so, it should allow normal user (IE: not only "root" super user) access to the partition. Posted by casio on Sep. 11 2005,08:35

I am trying to set up DSL so that once it is working with a package I will install I want to re-master DSL with this package. How do I go about this?. Currently I ram running DSL entirely in RAM Posted by cbagger01 on Sep. 12 2005,16:41
