If you can could someone please help me figure out how to put the downloaded files on a disk.  I may be doing somthing wrong but i can find an iso.  I downloaded the dsl-1.5.0.iso rar file from one of the mirrors and it was like this...

dsl-1.5.0\
-boot\
--isolinux\
---minirt24.gz
---f2
---f3
---linux24
---logo.16
---isolinux.bin
---isolinux.cfg
---german.kbd
---boot.msg
---boot.cat
-KNOPPIX\
--KNOPPIX
-lost+found\
--[empty]
-index.html

Am i overlooking something ?

Hmm. Thats odd. Ive never heard of the rar file. Are you on dialup?

If not download this file < http://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/damnsmalllinux.org/current/dsl-1.5.iso >
that is the latest stable.

Post the link that you found the Rar file on.

the above iso should be burned with a software that accepts ISO file and it should boot.

Let us know the outcome.

hey, to make a live cd you just burn it directly to cd and then when you boot up do you have to do anything?
