To admit the truth though, I didn't have much idea what I was doing with the included printer setuper.  Posted by cbagger01 on Mar. 06 2006,02:54 Supposedly, you can get cups.dsl from the mydsl repository, then "Enable Apt", then download the DEB driver from: < http://linux.cergynux.net/canon/ > and then install it by typing this in a terminal window: sudo su dpkg -i name_of_file.deb passwd (enter a new password for user "root") then open a web browser and visit this page: < http://localhost:631 > to do your printer setup.
