Is there a utiility to set up printing from a DSL box via the network to a printer on a WinME box?  The DSL box can see file system shares on the WinME box, including the printer share.

I have pretty much the same problem, but with XP and i am wondering what i would do with the drivers, does dsl have print drivers?, does it being USB change anything?

Shouldn't matter about the interface - that is handled on Bill's end.  We need something like CUPS for DSL.  I have successfully used CUPS on other distros for this situation.  There are lots of Linux print drivers available - maybe not for every exact model, but usually close enough.  I haven't really delved into this yet - was hoping to cheat by finding someone else who had it figured out.

Here is an excellent discussion and instructions for cups and samba:

Didn't quite work for me (got 1/4 size pages), but this probably 'cause I couldn;t find my exact driver.
