Hello All, Thanks in advanced. I have a USB Brother 1440 (Staples Deal ) printer. It is connected to a XP proffesional computer. Which is sharing it to the other computers on the network. All the clients can print to it nicely no problems at all. I set up a computer for customers to use (DSL) and I went through the APS filter configuration to set up a printer. It looks like it prints sucessfully it prints off a line about APSFILTER test page. Which driver did you select in apsfilter?I'm having a bit of printing trouble myself so I'm very aware of the behaviour of apsfilter. You mentioned that the output from the test page only produced a banner page with information about the print job and then five blank pages. This is not correct; the test page should produce the informational banner *and* the test page. The test page I get is a pretty complex one with a mm grid and various shading patterns, tiger heads for gamma and even a picture which I beleive is the famous author of the apsfilter script. Submit some extra information and I'm sure some of the more experienced users in this forum can help. Good luck Multitudes |
