When i firt install yahoo it worked fine now it crashes immediatly after I open it from myDSL could someone please tell me how to uninstall yahoo from the myDSL menu so i can start fresh or give me a link telling me how to do it.

Only UCI style extensions can be uninstalled.The others are made for liveCD, or frugal. so a reboot clears them. Posted by xmikeox on Jan. 03 2006,07:34

sorry, i forgot all about this thread.first move the .dsl away from your mydsl directory so it doesn't load again. then reboot. open emelFM and click on the 'H' to unhide all files. look for any directory that looks like it was put there by the app, e.g ".yahoo" or whatever. verfiy by viewing the files in the dir. delete the dir. that's it. p.s/LeeT91: (alternative method was emailed to you). |
