sylpheed xfer issue

I updated to 2.2 and now my sylpheed accounts and email are gone (sort of). Before I updated I copied my /home/dsl/.sylpheed directory to a safe place.

The accountrc got erased in my previous attempts to update, however I still have the accountrc.bak

The uidl folder also has some relevant info (i think)

So now my question:
Can I restore my settings with these two files?
