how to use .dsl files?

hi
im very newbie to DSL so i might ask dumb question
ive been searching and couldnt find anywhere that show you how to start or use a *.dsl package after download using "enable-apt"

And "enable-apt" has nothing to do with .dsl packages. It is used to enable "apt-get" so that you can use debian package-system.
eg.
apt-get install freecraft
would get and install freecraft..

thanx for reply
yeah i mean for debian.
so the link u gave me still applied to install new extension if im using debian?
also yeah it shows u how to install but how to run it at boot up process?
or after it's installed it will run itself too?
because im pretty new to DSL so when i install 1 package and i cant tell the different whether it is running or not
