Hi everybody.

I've been looking for the forums and i've not seen any solution for a pps/ppt viewer for dsl linux.

What i need is a pps/ppt viewer that just double click on the pps or ppt and play it.

Does someone know something about it?

open office will do that. not sure if there are any other programs that will.

I did a little googling on it and there is a company that's working on a java based PP reader that will work in Linux, but it's not available yet. Beyond that only Open Office shows up.

I thought Robert added a html powerpoint viewer in DSL. I'm almost positive it's in there along with a Word and Excel viewer.

There is a Word viewer for sure. Maybe it will also show PP and Excel?

I don't believe the others are in the menu. They are associated to filetypes in emelfm. So try to doubleclick an excel or powerpoint doc in emelfm. I'm almost positive they will open.

Ppt viewer doesn't show the ppt as it realy is. It show it in text mode. I can't watch it as it really is.
