Alright, first time using any form of Linux.  I clicked the MyDSL thing, then UCI, then I downloaded thunderbird-1.5.uci.  Where do I go from here to actually run thunderbird?  Can I get step-by-step instructions?  I'm using 3.0.1 DSL.  Thanks!

I think you can launch the desktop icon, or look in  menu > mydsl (right click the desktop if you're in fluxbox to enter the menu)

Yeah, there isn't a desktop icon or anything under MyDSL.  Do I need to install anything else to make thunderbird work?

Hello,

In order to run the Thunderbird.uci, you'll probably need to:

1. download/mount the "gtk2-0705.unc" (since you're using DSL 3.01).

2.  Click "Update to GTK 2" in the MyDSL menu.

3.  Load/run Thunderbird.
